Dr. Haar is an emergency physician with expertise in health and human rights. Her work focuses on the protection of human rights in times of complex humanitarian crisis and conflict. She is particularly interested in the protection of health workers and health services.

She is an adjunct professor of epidemiology at the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley and a research fellow at the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley’s School of Law. She is also an emergency medicine physician in Oakland, CA.

Brian has experience as an expert witness throughout the United States in police practices, training, security practices, and use of force and tactics. A 19-year veteran of law enforcement who worked patrol, K-9, drug units, and rose to the rank of Lieutenant, Brian also brings valuable street experience to his clients. Now a full-time educator and trainer, Brian provides consulting and expert testimony services on a select basis for both civil and criminal cases.

Chuck Drago is a highly decorated, career law enforcement officer who advanced through the ranks of the police department with an exemplary record. Recognized for integrity and leadership, he was appointed as assistant police chief and police chief and to two senior government positions by the Governor of Florida.
