Kelly Lynn Coffman, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Coffman completed her undergraduate degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then completed both her MD and MPH in a combined, 4-year program at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. The focus of Dr. Coffman's MPH studies was Health Systems Management.

 

Dr. Coffman completed a residency in psychiatry with an integrated intern year at Tulane University. She served as Chief Resident in her final year of residency. She returned to Emory University to finish her post-graduate training with a fellowship in forensic psychiatry.

 

Sanjay Adhia, M.D., MRO

Dr. Adhia is triple-Board-Certified in Forensic Psychiatry, Brain Injury Medicine, and Psychiatry. He assesses emotional distress and mental health injuries as well as brain injury. Triggers considered are personal injury, undue influence, changed competency, medical malpractice, physical and emotional abuse, violence, and criminal behavior.

Dr. Johnson is a board certified general and forensic psychiatrist licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Dr. Johnson is a graduate of Howard University, Howard University College of Medicine, The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences residency program where he served as the Administrative Chief Resident during his final year, and the St. Elizabeths Hospital forensic psychiatry fellowship program. Dr. Johnson also holds the honor of being a Jeanne Spurlock American Psychiatric Association Congressional Fellow where he worked in the U.S.

He has served as a consultant regarding correctional and non-correctional mental health care delivery and standards of care. He has presented on law and psychiatry issues, including seclusion and restraint, use of psychotropic medications, access to mental health care in correctional settings, suicide prevention, and prediction of future violence.
