Law Clerk position that will include conducting intakes, investigation, discovery review.

Position is full time in summer, part time during school year. We also accept externships for school credit during school year.

Position is for Spring 2024, Summer 2024, possibly beyond.

We are based in Portland, OR, but flexible on full remote work for this role.

Clerk position is paid, externships usually are not.

Summer Associate position for 1L or 2L with Cohen&Green, a small NYC-based civil rights firm that focuses mainly on cases involving police misconduct. In recent years, much of our work has been related to violations of individuals’ constitutional rights in the context of protests, county and state correctional facilities, and federal prisons. Our practice areas also include LGBTQ+ rights and equal protection, criminal defense, and trusts and estates. Full time for 10 weeks. Position can be be hybrid (2 days/week in person) or fully remote.

Internship or Externship at Kairys, Rudovsky, Messing, Feinberg & Lin LLP

Our firm (Kairys, Rudovsky, Messing, Feinberg & Lin LLP) offers summer internships to one or two law students per year. We encourage students to seek a stipend from their law school, but, if they are unable to do so, we pay a weekly salary consistent with the rate paid by local non-profit organizations. We also offer in-semester for-credit externship sponsorships for one or two law students each semester.

Philadelphia (in-person strongly preferred) but remote will be considered for excellent candidates.
