I am a solo practitioner focusing mostly on prison abuse (inmate on inmate and officer on inmate), wrongful death in prison, false arrest, malicious prosecution, excessive force, wrongful conviction and I have other civil rights cases as well.
I am open to any help possible, but would definitely be offering a lot of experience. I will bring interns to court with me, show them how to file and upload, draft discovery and complaints and other litigation documents, review medical records, inmate records, NYPD records and other types of investigatory materials. Deposition prep, hearing prep, meeting and speaking with clients, doing intakes...really I would be open to whatever they would be happiest doing.
Selected applicants would need to find external funding.
