Dr. Johnson is a graduate of Howard University, Howard University College of Medicine, The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences residency program where he served as the Administrative Chief Resident during his final year, and the St. Elizabeths Hospital forensic psychiatry fellowship program. Dr. Johnson also holds the honor of being a Jeanne Spurlock American Psychiatric Association Congressional Fellow where he worked in the U.S.
