• Brian is the founder of LandersCRT, LLC and lead consultant. Brian has experience as an expert witness throughout the United States in police practices, training, security practices, and use of force and tactics. A 19-year veteran of law enforcement who worked patrol, K-9, drug units, and rose to the rank of Lieutenant, Brian also brings valuable street experience to his clients. Now a full-time educator and trainer, Brian provides consulting and expert testimony services on a select basis for both civil and criminal cases.

Edward Maguire is a professor of criminology and criminal justice at Arizona State University, where he also serves as director of the Public Safety Innovation Lab. He is also a visiting professor at the University of South Wales in the U.K. He received his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany in 1997.

Dr. Lisa Boesky specializes in Jail Suicide.
She is a Psychologist who has spent 28+ years training/educating others about Suicide/Mental Health in Corrections, evaluates Jail Suicide Prevention Policies and Procedures, and is an experienced Expert Witness.
