Kelly Lynn Coffman, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Coffman completed her undergraduate degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then completed both her MD and MPH in a combined, 4-year program at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. The focus of Dr. Coffman's MPH studies was Health Systems Management.
Dr. Coffman completed a residency in psychiatry with an integrated intern year at Tulane University. She served as Chief Resident in her final year of residency. She returned to Emory University to finish her post-graduate training with a fellowship in forensic psychiatry.

Plaintiff was confronted on sidewalk alongside of busy neighborhood shopping center by officers of Atlanta Police Department. Officers forcibly detained and strip searched Plaintiff and, after failing to discover any incriminating information or material, released Plaintiff. Officers denied having made any contact with the Plaintiff; Plaintiff and other witnesses placed one or more of the defendant officers at the scene.

Botched drug raid wherein police shot 92 y.o. woman 8x (39 shots fired total) after she’d shot her pistol once, assuming she was being robbed. Officer admitted to planting marijuana in her home after she died; survived by niece. Officers pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, making false statements, federal charges of conspiracy.
