Paul Adee is a corrections expert with over three decades of experience in correctional and courthouse facilities. As an expert at Robson Forensic, Paul’s forensic casework involves the policies, procedures, and incident-specific actions of law enforcement and corrections personnel and agencies, including correctional operations, law enforcement & detention training, use of force investigations and policies, inmate healthcare, in-custody deaths, transportation of county and federal inmates, and courthouse security.
Clora Adkins has over 27 years of practical work experience at the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Center, one of the largest local corrections systems in the United States. She has extensive experience and expertise in the daily operation and staffing of small, medium, and large jail facilities. Ms. Adkins holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
Randall Atlas is America’s only architect-criminologist. Atlas received his Doctorate of Criminology from Florida State University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree from University of South Florida. Dr. Atlas is president of Atlas Safety & Security Design Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a registered architect in Florida, nationally accredited with National Council Architectural Registration Board (N.C.A.R.B.), and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. Dr.
