- Prison Litigation for Liberation: Innovative Tactics Against ADOC on behalf of Incarcerated Clients
- This panel will explore the implications of Braggs v. Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC), impact litigation in the correctional setting, and more broadly link issues in ADOC to their manifestations across the country.

CLE ACCREDITATION
This event is currently pending CLE credit.
We will be applying for 3.0 general CLE credit hours with the State Bar of California. Most attendees should be able to self-report CLE credit to their own state bars, and in instances where a state bar requires that the event sponsor report on behalf of attendees, NPAP is happy to assist.
Details for obtaining credit will be shared with all attendees once our application has been approved.
RECORDING
Both panels will be recorded and available for viewing to all registered attendees. Only attendees that attend in person will be eligible for CLE accreditation.
