Depositions 101
EVENT SUMMARY
In this CLE, two of NPAPs best and brightest litigators will share strategies and tips for taking your first or next law enforcement officer deposition. They will provide a nuts and bolts overview of how to prepare for and take officer depositions including making an outline, dealing with evasive witnesses and obnoxious opposing counsel, and framing questions

ACCREDITATION
This event is currently pending accreditation. We will be applying for 1.5 general CLE credits with the State Bar of California.
